Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Execution:

Lead the development and execution of both traditional and digital marketing strategies to grow the business. You'll be responsible for guiding the team and ensuring the marketing initiatives align with our overall objectives. Hands-On Role:

While strategic thinking is essential, we're looking for someone who enjoys being hands-on with tasks such as content creation, campaign management, and analysis. Team Leadership & Agency Management:

Direct and motivate the internal team and external agencies to ensure effective and timely delivery of marketing campaigns. You'll oversee the implementation of your strategy, ensuring it stays on track and drives results. All-Round Marketing Expertise:

A versatile marketer who can navigate traditional methods such as brochures and form designs as well as digital platforms, including Google Ads, social media, and website management.

Ideal Candidate:

Experience & Qualifications:

You should have a degree or relevant qualification in Marketing, showing your commitment to a career in this field. We want someone who's in it for the long haul, with the patience to develop and implement strategies over time. Versatile & Agile:

Comfortable with both traditional and digital marketing, and able to adapt to evolving needs. Strong understanding of traditional marketing methods (e.g., brochures, form designs) and digital platforms (Google, web, social media). Commitment to Growth:
