This exciting opportunity involves leading the development of a well-known brand and Own Label products. You'll create strategies to boost market share and enhance customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate all marketing and promotional initiatives for both new and existing products.
Enhance and manage marketing channels, including social media platforms.
Spot trends and explore opportunities for new product development.
Craft and implement the brand strategy and guidelines for sustainable growth.
Evaluate the impact of marketing activities and track sales performance metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and update marketing materials.
Assist in product development and maintain the company website.
Qualifications:
5+ years of marketing experience.
Relevant experience in the Food, Drink or Fresh Produce industry.
Strong multitasking and project management skills.
This role is a hybrid position: 4 days in the office with 1 day working from home.
