Based in Leamington Spa, this role offers the opportunity to shape our marketing strategy and build relationships with blue-chip companies across industries. Key Responsibilities •Develop and implement a B2B marketing strategy aligned with business goals. •Oversee and execute digital marketing campaigns , including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media. •Create compelling content such as blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and thought leadership articles. •Design and manage outreach programs to engage decision-makers in blue-chip companies. •Plan and coordinate the company’s presence at industry events, webinars, and conferences. •Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights to improve ROI. •Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and consulting teams, to ensure consistent messaging and alignment. •Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to inform marketing strategies. About You You’re a skilled marketer with a proven track record of success in B2B environments. You bring creativity, a results-driven mindset, and strong organizational skills to the table. Key Requirements: • Proven experience in marketing, ideally within B2B or consultancy sectors. •Strong expertise in digital marketing , including SEO, PPC, and CRM tools. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creating engaging content. •Analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performance. •Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. •A proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving. Desirable: •Experience engaging with blue-chip or multinational organizations. •Knowledge of supply chain or logistics industries. •A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
