You will be instrumental in shaping the marketing strategies for our Teacher Training (TT) and Young Learners (YL) programs. This position involves close collaboration with academic departments and sales teams to enhance customer experience and drive effective marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing strategies for TT and YL courses, enhancing customer journey from awareness to retention. Liaise with academic and sales teams to tailor marketing approaches for diverse customer segments (B2B and B2C). Lead promotional efforts, creating engaging content for various platforms including web, social media, and email. Oversee content creation and management, ensuring alignment with commercial goals and audience engagement. Optimize user experience (UX) for TT and YL web pages and manage key promotional campaigns. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to ensure competitive edge in the sector. Manage and mentor the TT & YL content creator, ensuring a creative and productive work environment. Lead on the promotion of IH London’s subscription service for teachers: Teachers Portal. Person Specification: A meticulous planner with a highly focused and detail-oriented work ethic. A motivational team player who sets high standards and can encourage peers to follow this regimen. Being open-minded to new ideas and approaches is essential, as is having the belief that anything can be accomplished with the right mindset. A hard worker who can work well under pressure, the successful candidate will be a self-starter who proactively brings new ideas to the table.
