The Role We are seeking an experienced and results-driven B2B Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team in a temporary role. This role will be pivotal in driving customer acquisition and engagement through events, email marketing, and webcasts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building partnerships, supporting events, and campaign execution. Your key responsibilities will include: Execute integrated B2B marketing strategies to generate leads, nurture prospects, and drive conversions. Communicate global marketing campaigns and campaign results to the sales team. Plan, implement, and optimize multi-channel campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and webcasts. Coordinate various partnerships and external speaking opportunities for our strategists. Provide event support to ensure seamless execution and impactful engagement. Analyze performance metrics and use insights to refine strategies and improve ROI. Drive registrations for strategist webcasts. Partner with translation agencies to localize email communications, ensuring accurate messaging for diverse markets. Innovate and pro-actively help drive growth across the group. Be nimble in a small team and shift as demands change. Proven ability to influence across a complex organization with multiple stakeholders. Team player. Key stakeholders/Resources Head of Marketing Marketing and Communications Colleagues Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science in Business, Marketing or a related field. Minimum 5+ years of full-time marketing experience. Fluently in English: high proficiency level speaking, listening, reading and writing. Strong organizational and project management skills.
