INEOS Automotive - Built For More The Marketing Manager UK is expected to implement and deliver the Marketing & Communications strategy for the UK & Ireland. While the general strategy is largely in line with global strategy, the role holder is expected to come up with and develop individualised approaches based on the requirements of the Region's target markets. The role requires a broad experience in all fields of marketing, preferably within the automotive industry. Experience in brand building of a new brand is also expected. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Adapt the global marketing strategy to fulfil the requirements of UK & Ireland markets inline with brand values ensuring a comprehensive customer journey is defined and executed. Plan and execute regional and local events. Close working relationship with the Regional Sales Manager, and the Regional Aftersales Managers to develop an integrated plan for product launch and cars in market lifecycles. Support the development of the INEOS communications plan in UK & Ireland, collaborating with central teams to maximise the effectiveness of global messages and activities at local level, including developing media relationships. Brand guardian for your region, encourage Retail Partners to utilise toolkits to maximise Marketing impact. Point of contact for regional Partnerships. What we are looking for: Marketing Communications and Media experience in a B2C environment. Automotive experience highly desirable, but preference would be for a candidate with broader sector experience than just automotive. Proven involvement with national/international branding activities. Managed substantial budgets. Experience co-ordinating agencies to successfully complete multiple projects.
