We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Marketing Apprentice who wants to join our marketing team, to work on creative campaigns that will provide a strong impact through real stories and continue to grow the Vital Energi brand. As we continue to be at the forefront of energy technology and solutions, we are looking for someone who will generate ideas on the way we communicate across multiple mediums. Location: Head office - Blackburn About the role

The Marketing Apprentice is a role that supports the development, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across a wide range of online and offline mediums. To monitor the performance of the initiatives through collecting data and analysing market trends, to build on the company’s marketing strategy. Key responsibilities

Support the delivery of strategic marketing initiatives and activities Support in the coordination and delivery of exhibitions and our own hosted events both internal and external Support in the delivery of client/project communication plans Help create graphics and collateral for campaigns, events, advertising, and other promotional materials Create and develop ideas for campaigns Develop and support the delivery of internal communication initiatives to increase employee engagement Filming - Developing, editing, and managing animations, documentary, and TikTok style films to support the promotion of the brand and campaigns Actively taking part in marketing campaigns and organising meetings Understanding brand guidelines and consistently implementing the brand voice across all channels and marketing materials Tracking and reporting on analytics on a variety of campaigns, internal communications, and social media using varied reporting tools Support development of work-winning collateral for bid proposals What you will need

A level / GCSE English Language at Grade C or above Confident in writing engaging content for a variety of platforms Strong administrative skills with an eye for organisation and prioritisation The ability to juggle short deadlines and manage multiple projects Possess a good understanding of effective marketing techniques Experience with social media platforms Possess a solid understanding of effective marketing techniques Graphic design skills and experience with Adobe Creative Suite (desirable) Contributory Company Pension Scheme Non-contributory death-in-service insurance 33 Days Holiday including BH Flexible working hours patterns If you're interested in this position, please email your CV to our HR department using the button below.
