MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Work with colleagues across the organisation to support the development and implementation of marketing plans for Brainkind and our local services. Produce engaging content for both online and offline audiences, including internal communications, case studies, social media content and web copy. Help us to maintain our catalogue of branded materials, working with designers to update them as required. Work with external partners, including designers, printers and distribution organisations. Provide a first point of contact for Operations colleagues, and others, requiring marketing support, analysing need and responding appropriately, and managing briefs. Maintain documentation, including consents and approvals and the organisation’s image library. Work with the Fundraising team to develop materials to support fundraising campaigns. Support the team to manage Brainkind’s brand identity. Work with communications colleagues to ensure there is a consistent delivery of messages across all channels. Work with the recruitment team and the Digital Communications Manager to run recruitment campaigns. Work with the Digital Communications Manager to schedule social media content, and to measure the success of content and campaigns. Support with events, ensuring colleagues have the materials they need and attending where appropriate. ABOUT YOU At least two years’ experience working within a marketing and communications team. A good understanding of social media channels, and how to create engaging content. IT and Office365 knowledge and practical application. Experience of using digital design software, including Canva or the Adobe Suite. Experience of commissioning agencies. Good copywriting skills, and the ability to tailor content for different audiences. Excellent organisational skills, and the ability to plan effectively. Ability to think creatively and come up with solutions to problems. An enthusiastic and flexible approach: able to work closely and adaptively with the immediate team and collaboratively across the entire organisation. Strong work ethic with the ability to manage multiple priorities against tight deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
