Marketing Operations Coordinator/Analyst focuses on partner with marketing, finance and sales teams to maintain an accurate view of marketing performance.

What the role involves

  • Partner with marketing, finance and sales teams to maintain an accurate view of marketing performance.
  • Leading the ongoing process of building and developing our database to ensure data can be easily segmented, analyzed and targeted.
  • Maintaining campaign tracking and analytics to make recommendations on how to improve metrics overall performance with a focus on conversion optimization.
  • Optimize lead handoff workflows track relevant outreach activities with SDR and Sales.
  • Assisting with list uploads, contact data augmentation, and overall list/contact quality.
  • Review the funnel and pipeline metrics weekly to ensure quality and accuracy.
