As Marketing Operations Manager, you will lead end-to-end marketing operations, from sales enablement to lead and customer management, including orchestrating field activities in your area(s) and/or global projects. You will work closely with the Product Marketing, Content, Digital Marketing and Communications team and will support business unit managers and other relevant stakeholders, with the following objectives: lead generation, brand awareness and contribution to customer success and acquisition. Your Missions:
Define and execute the operational marketing plan for your geography/project. Work in close collaboration with other teams in the marketing department, in order to offer localized and relevant omnichannel go-to-markets. Manage operations for internal and external, online and physical events (local kick-offs, customer seminars, trade shows, conferences, etc.) Work closely with our Fintech partners to co-organize events. Support sales teams to generate sales leads, particularly via an ABM approach. Maintain and enrich the database of prospects and customers. Qualifications
You have at least 5 years of experience during which you have developed strong skills in field marketing and project management, with excellent communication skills and special attention to detail. You have a good understanding of the banking or IT industry sectors. Concerned about customer satisfaction and results-oriented, you have demonstrated a strong ability to follow a plan and produce results on a day-to-day basis. You speak French and English fluently. Dutch would be appreciated.
