To amplify awareness of LGBTQ+ matters and advocate for the rights that ensure equal lives for all. With a diverse and dedicated year-round team of around 150 volunteers, we orchestrate Pride in London, the incredible event that unites us all. Your unique voice can contribute to the symphony! Your Role We are seeking a self-motivated Production Assistant to join Pride in London. In this role, you will be responsible for essential administrative and operational tasks that facilitate the smooth running of all things creative and production for the organisation. Reporting to the Head of Production, your priority will be to support the production team, but you will also be a point of contact to help the entire department, including senior members of the team. Your Responsibilities Assist the Head of Production & Design with creative project delivery. Support content creation for marketing and event campaigns. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery. Help oversee campaign production timelines and budgets. Provide on-site event support to ensure smooth execution. Ensure all materials align with brand and quality standards. Help manage the design team’s workload across project requests. What you’ll Bring to the role: Experience in marketing, design, or production. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Admin experience and proficiency in MS Office (Excel preferred). Proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented. Excellent communication and a ‘can-do’ attitude.
