We are seeking a data-driven Marketing Specialist to support our education campaigns in the EU, focusing on digital communications to our customers and driving engagement and awareness of the program. Key Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for conceptualizing, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns, with a particular emphasis on increasing engagement for our associate population, driving awareness for the program, and showcasing operational efficiencies when applicable. This is a cross-functional role that requires close partnership across teams such as BI, Internal Communications, Education teams, and Benefits to manage multiple initiatives and shifting requirements in a fluid, fast-moving environment. You will have demonstrable expertise in data-driven lifecycle marketing strategy as well as campaign execution and measurement. You will be comfortable dealing with ambiguity as we test our way into new marketing placements and channels. You will have shown you’re able to work in a dynamic, international environment and can deliver results. Strong drive for results, with the ability to manage independently and take calculated risks while thinking big and outside the box. The ideal candidate will be comfortable dealing with significant ambiguity, have strong ownership, can work successfully across global teams, and have a good sense of metric-based decision making. Takes a data-based approach, including coordinating A/B tests, to measure success and deliver results, focusing efforts on campaigns that successfully connect eligible associates with relevant resources and participants and graduates with upskilling opportunities. Operationally executes on defined strategy with our internal partners, undertaking the campaign creation process through deliberate communications plans including content, materials and recommended channels and coordinating partners to deliver against business objectives and campaign goals. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in marketing or marketing research Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing campaigns Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritization, planning, and task delegation Attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities Natural curiosity to measure, test, learn, and iterate through A/B testing Superb written and verbal communications skills Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior level stakeholders preferred Language skills preferred Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
