Job Description The key responsibilities for the Marketing Project Manager are as follows: Project Deliver:

Collaborate with the Head of Operations and Finance to maintain strong relationships with agency clients. Ensure clear and timely communication about client work, both with clients and internally. Confirm that all work is adequately briefed and agreed upon before starting. Create detailed project timelines with tasks and milestones. Utilize Scoro to manage and track projects and quotes. Serve as the main contact for agency communication regarding job delivery, staying informed about project statuses, team workloads, and prioritisation. Team Coordination:

Allocate scheduled work to the development team. Understand team dynamics to optimise performance. Conduct regular project meetings for clarity on workloads and deadlines. Communicate regularly with clients to update them on project statuses and manage expectations. Admin and Day to Day Business:

Collaborate with other PMs for workload support, maintain an overview of the agency's project portfolio to back up the team, gather essential business data for performance evaluation, manage a KPI dashboard with improvement suggestions, and ensure up-to-date invoicing and financial information in coordination with the Head of Operations and Finance. The Successful Applicant The successful Marketing Project Manager will have the following skills: Strong project management and leadership skills. Ability to remain calm under pressure, maintain perspective and lead a project team, even in the most busy of times. Good knowledge of project management in a creative, design or web development environment. Practical experience of project management software e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, Scoro, Jira etc. Impeccable attention to detail and the ability to provide insightful feedback. Clear communication and presentation skills - the ability to engage colleagues and clients and inspire them with your efficiency and clear understanding of project objectives and outputs. Excellent interpersonal skills are a must - you must have a strong sense of purpose and direction while remaining open to others' ideas.
