The ideal candidate will have a flair for luxury retail, a deep appreciation for vintage jewellery, and excellent interpersonal skills. Experience with e-commerce platforms and online sales is a must. Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement: Welcome clients to the showroom, provide personalised consultations, and guide them through our curated collection of vintage and antique jewellery. Product Expertise: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the history, craftsmanship, and uniqueness of each piece to share with customers. Sales Excellence: Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication, product knowledge, and building lasting client relationships. Inventory Management: Assist in the organisation, display, and care of jewellery pieces to maintain their quality and appeal. Photographing and Listing Products: Take high-quality photographs of jewellery pieces and create compelling listings for our Shopify store. E-Commerce Support: Manage and update our Shopify platform, ensuring accurate product information and optimising the online shopping experience. Market Insights: Stay informed about trends in the vintage and antique jewellery market to better serve client interests and inquiries. Operational Support: Assist with daily operations, including processing transactions, maintaining records, and handling customer inquiries via emails and Instagram. Availability for Weekend Work: Willingness to work on Saturdays as part of the role, given the importance of weekends in the retail and jewellery industry. Flexibility to support the team during busy periods is essential. 2 / 3 years in a jewellery environment + marketing experience Gem A qualification desired but not essential Hours
