Marketing & Space Control Coordinator Location: Southampton, UK Salary: Competitive About Us: At Ocean Network Express, we are one of the world's largest liner shipping companies. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled and proactive Marketing & Space Control Coordinator to join our team in Southampton. About the Role: In this position, you will play a critical role in achieving optimal vessel utilisation and supporting the organisation’s performance targets. Collaborating closely with various departments and external stakeholders, you will focus on space management, process optimisation, and contributing to our digital transformation journey. Key Responsibilities: Operational Management:

Oversee vessel and cargo space control, ensuring compliance with policies and maximum efficiency. Process & Quality Control:

Continuously review and enhance processes to boost productivity and maintain compliance. Market Analysis:

Monitor performance metrics, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights to improve forecasting and decision-making. Stakeholder Communication:

Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and high satisfaction levels. You will be the first point of escalation for customer queries and dispute resolutions within the scope of your role. Digital Adoption:

Promote and utilize digital platforms and tools to streamline workflows and enhance service delivery. What We’re Looking For: Experience in the shipping industry and special equipment, or a related field is desirable. Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships. Familiarity with digital tools and a willingness to support digital transformation initiatives. A proactive, self-motivated individual who thrives in a collaborative environment.
