Marketing Specialist Fully remote - offices available if you prefer to work in office. Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling marketing materials, including brochures, content for digital platforms, and managing social media accounts. This role requires strong writing skills, an understanding of brand positioning, and the ability to create visually appealing content that engages the target audience. Key Responsibilities: Brochure and Marketing Collateral Creation: Design and develop brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials that align with the company's branding and messaging. Content Creation: Write engaging and informative content for the company website, email campaigns, blog posts, and other communication channels. Ensure all content is consistent with brand voice and values. Social Media Management: Develop and execute a social media strategy to increase engagement and brand visibility. Manage content calendars, create posts, and monitor performance across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter). Campaign Support: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring all materials are on-brand and delivered on time. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyse the performance of marketing initiatives and social media campaigns. Use insights to optimise future strategies. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and design, to ensure alignment in messaging and marketing efforts. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media management. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) is a plus. Knowledge of social media platforms and marketing strategies. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Seniority level
