Key Responsibilities: CRM Management:

Maintain and optimise CRM systems like Keap, Go High-Level, or similar platforms, ensuring data accuracy and smooth integrations. Data Segmentation & Analysis:

Identify trends and behaviours to create effective targeting strategies. Campaign Development:

Design, implement, and optimise marketing campaigns. Automation & Workflows:

Set up and manage automated lead nurturing sequences and streamline marketing processes. Landing Page Creation:

Build and update landing pages for optimal user experience and conversion. Collaboration:

Work closely with teams across departments to implement streamlined workflows. Reporting:

Produce detailed marketing reports and dashboards to track performance. Compliance:

Adhere to data protection regulations and maintain confidentiality standards. The Person Essential: Proven experience with CRM systems like Keap, Go High-Level, or similar platforms. An understanding of CRM customisation, configuration, and administration. Expertise in data migration, cleansing, and segmentation techniques. Experience with personalised marketing and automation platforms. Ability to set up automated campaigns, workflows, and drip marketing sequences. Strong analytical skills for customer data interpretation and generating actionable insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams. Project management experience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Desirable: Familiarity with tools like Zapier and AI-driven marketing strategies. SEO and content marketing knowledge. Creative skills with Adobe tools (e.g., Photoshop).
