Insulet is one of the fastest growing medical device companies and operates in many countries around the world. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for supporting the UK Team to deliver our commercial plans and accelerate both further adoption and customer loyalty across the region by driving excellence in development, delivery and tracking of programmes. The successful candidate will support the execution of the short- and long-term strategic plan, and develop, lead, and execute programmes that will accelerate adoption & retention. They will refine best practice processes to ensure efficiencies and consistencies in bringing new products and projects to the market. This role will support both Consumer and HCP marketing across the UK. Responsibilities Develop excellent understanding of the UK insulin pump market including motivations of Key Players (HCP, PWD, Payer), barriers to access and identifying opportunities. Support execution of the short and long-term strategic plan. Collaborate closely with all cross functional team members including regulatory, clinical, medical education and legal/compliance to ensure streamlined processes and execution for commercialisation activities. Assist with localisation of marketing collateral for the UK market. Support with product related sales support material across the region. Support UK social media, digital activities and influencer/brand ambassador programs. Collaborate and support team members on International projects to successful completion. Key Decision Rights Responsible for assisting MLR (Multi-Level Review) approval for UK marketing collateral. Lead vendor relations and the collateral fulfilment needs for regional projects and programmes. Responsible for logistics and event management for the National Conferences (as required). Develop and maintain strong partnership with the Insulet Field Team to support and maximise opportunity through this channel. Responsible for managing the UK commercial sponsorship execution. Responsible for managing local advertising assets and campaigns. Responsible for team presentations and collateral roll outs. Responsible for UK Marketing PO’s and budget accrual/tracking. Other related UK Marketing admin tasks, as needed. Required Leadership/Interpersonal Skills & Behaviours Ability to work in a complex and collaborative environment. Excellent organizational skills with ability to project plan. Demonstrated ability to manage concurrent, complex, and cross-functional projects required. Excellent communication and social skills. Self-starter, team player and result oriented. Easily adapts to new/changing environments. Required Skills and Competencies Passion and drive to support people with type 1 diabetes to live life to the fullest. Promotes an energetic, transparent and passionate culture dedicated to customer experience, innovation, collaboration, and delivery against goals. Fluent in English (French or Dutch is a bonus). Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills. Good Excel understanding and basic modelling ability. Desired: Knowledge and experience of the UK diabetes market. Desired: Understanding of the EU Med Tech promotional guidelines for healthcare professionals and direct to consumer. Desired: Marketing asset approval process and systems experience Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Business/Engineering/ Science or equivalent experience. Ideally has experience in a medical device or pharmaceutical marketing function. Experience in diabetes is a bonus. Versed in MS Office package, Adobe and database applications. Additional Information This position is eligible for 100% remote working arrangements (may work from home/virtually 100%; may also work hybrid on-site/virtual as desired). Travel is estimated at 30% but will flex depending on business need. Will be required to do quarterly field rides. Attend all project related tradeshows or conferences and required internal meetings.
