About the Role: We are seeking a talented and driven Marketplace Executive to join the dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing their presence across major online marketplaces, primarily Amazon. This role is crucial in driving sales, enhancing brand visibility, and optimizing product listings to maximize revenue and market share. Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow Amazon accounts across multiple brands, ensuring optimal product visibility, conversion rates, and sales performance. Develop and implement effective product listing strategies, including keyword research, compelling descriptions, and high-quality imagery. Collaborate with internal marketing teams to plan and execute successful promotional campaigns across marketplaces, aligning activities with business objectives. Conduct regular audits of marketplace partner sites to maintain brand consistency and provide content and merchandising recommendations. Forecast inventory needs based on sales trends and promotional activities to ensure optimal stock levels. Monitor daily sales metrics, identify key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate insightful reports to track progress and inform business decisions. Manage marketplace advertising budgets effectively, developing targeted ad campaigns to reach the desired audience. Support the ecommerce team with website projects and initiatives as needed. Essential Skills & Experience: 2+ years of experience managing digital marketplaces, with a strong focus on Amazon (e.g., account management, listing optimization, promotional planning). Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Strong project management, time management, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. A keen interest in ecommerce and a passion for the homeware industry. Desirable Skills: Experience with other major marketplaces (e.g., eBay, Etsy).
