IN A NUTSHELL We’re looking for a passionate Marketplace Manager to join #TeamBulk and play a key role in driving the growth of our online marketplaces presence, with a primary focus on Amazon. Reporting to the Head of Marketplace, and managing our Marketplace Executive, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations across our key regions, including the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and Poland, while also supporting our exciting launch into Ireland in 2025. to push our marketplaces to new heights. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? Collaborate with the Head of Marketplace to develop and execute strategies for Amazon marketplaces across the UK, FR, DE, IT, ES, PL, and IE. Support the launch of new countries and marketplaces. Manage budgets, including promotions, accruals, and Amazon Advertising, ensuring all activity stays within guidelines. Build strong relationships with marketplace contacts to establish

as a leader in the active nutrition sector. Oversee and optimise promotions such as Best Deals, Lightning Deals, and Deal of the Day to maximise impact. Ensure product pages feature best-in-class content to enhance organic reach and visibility. Maintain and update the product catalogue, ensuring timely new product launches, accurate pricing, variation management, and compliance. Identify potential gaps in the product range and make recommendations based on marketplace insights. Provide regular performance reports to the senior management team. Liaise with Operations to meet Amazon KPIs, monitor stock availability, and take proactive steps to prevent out-of-stock issues. Manage Amazon Marketing Services (AMS) to drive sales, improve ROAS, and stay within budget. Lead, coach, and support the Marketplace Executive in their development. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Ideally, you'll have around 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Amazon, specifically using Vendor Central. Experience managing Amazon ads, with a strong understanding of performance advertising, business acumen, and how key Amazon metrics (ROAS, PCOGS, PPM, etc.) work together, as well as eCommerce optimisation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A highly analytical mindset with strong attention to detail. An interest in fitness or sports nutrition, with additional language skills considered a plus. Experience coaching or mentoring others, with a strong desire to step into a management role and develop leadership skills further. WHAT ARE THE GAINS? Monthly
