We are looking for candidates who have previous experience as a reliability lead within financial services, and experience supporting Investment Banking and Markets services with knowledge of different asset classes. You should have a proven track record of leading a highly technical team across various regions. Key critical skills relevant to success in this role include risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital technology, and job-specific technical skills. In this role, you will effectively monitor and maintain our bank’s critical technology infrastructure and resolve more complex technical issues, while minimizing disruption to operations. Your accountabilities will include providing technical support for service management, developing the support model to enhance service for customers and stakeholders, and executing preventative maintenance tasks. You will utilize monitoring tools to identify and address potential issues and maintain a detailed knowledge base for future reference and knowledge sharing. Furthermore, you will analyze system logs and user reports to identify root causes of issues, automate processes, and enhance monitoring capabilities to ensure stability and efficiency. As a Vice President, you will advise key stakeholders and manage risks to support our control and governance agenda. You will demonstrate leadership in managing risks and strengthening controls, collaborate across various functions, create innovative solutions through analytical thinking, and build trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
