As a MarTech Specialist, you’ll manage and optimise our marketing technology stack, acting as the bridge between marketing, data, and development teams. You’ll lead the charge in enhancing customer acquisition, retention, and engagement through seamless platform integrations, data-driven campaigns, and compliance with industry standards. Your Key Responsibilities

Marketing Technology Management Oversee and enhance our MarTech ecosystem, including CRM, CDP, ESP, and automation tools. Research and implement new solutions to elevate personalisation and optimise ROI. Work with third-party providers and IT teams to ensure smooth platform operations and troubleshooting. Campaign Execution & Optimisation Drive data-powered marketing by enabling segmentation, automation, and dynamic personalisation. Launch omni-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications) aligned with business goals. Analyse performance metrics to optimise conversion and retention funnels. Data Management & Analytics Partner with data teams to ensure precise tracking, tagging, and reporting of marketing efforts. Utilise tools like Google Analytics and Power BI for actionable insights. Ensure all marketing activities comply with GDPR, CCPA, and iGaming regulations. Cross-Functional Collaboration Represent MarTech needs in development and integration processes, ensuring alignment with business priorities. Educate internal stakeholders on platform functionality, gathering feedback to drive improvements. Partner with creative and product teams to define technical requirements for campaigns. Industry-Specific Expertise Craft marketing solutions tailored to iGaming, from player acquisition strategies to loyalty programs and responsible gambling initiatives. Stay ahead of trends, ensuring compliance and maintaining a competitive edge. What You’ll Bring

A degree in Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field. 3–5 years of MarTech or digital marketing experience, ideally within the iGaming industry. Expertise in tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or Braze. Hands-on experience with segmentation, automation workflows, and analytics tools. Strong knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and iGaming regulatory requirements. Bonus Skills

Familiarity with APIs and basic HTML/CSS or JavaScript. Passion for gaming and an understanding of player behaviour. Experience with affiliate marketing tools in iGaming. Why This Role?
