We are looking for a confident massage/holistic therapist to join our salon team. The ideal candidate will have a Level 2 or above qualification in Swedish massage, Complementary Therapy, Body and Spa or similar and a minimum of level 2 in anatomy and physiology. In the salon, we have a massage cap of 4 hours per day to protect the health of our therapists; therefore, the ideal candidate will also have a beauty therapy qualification and be able to offer manicures, pedicures, facials, and waxing in addition to their massage treatments. It is an employed position with a permanent contract; however, self-employed room rental would also be an option. It is part-time hours which can be planned with the candidate depending on treatments they offer. Do you have a love for massage and a passion for providing the best client experience possible? Assess client needs and preferences, and customize massage sessions accordingly. Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the session. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including sanitizing equipment and changing linens between clients. Keep accurate records of client information, treatment plans, and progress notes. Requirements Valid state license or certification as a Massage Therapist. Proficient knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and various massage techniques. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs. Ability to adapt massage techniques based on individual client preferences and conditions. Professional manner and appearance, with the ability to maintain client confidentiality. Physical stamina to perform massages for extended periods of time. Commitment to continuing education and staying updated on industry trends and best practices. Job Types:
