Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of anatomy and possess excellent communication skills to provide tailored massage treatments that promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. This role requires a commitment to maintaining a professional environment while delivering exceptional service to clients. Duties Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their needs and preferences before each session. Perform various massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage, tailored to individual client requirements. Maintain accurate client records, documenting treatment plans and progress. Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by adhering to hygiene standards and protocols. Provide clients with aftercare advice and recommendations for ongoing wellness practices. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in massage therapy techniques through continuous professional development. Experience Previous experience as a Massage Therapist is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level candidates willing to learn. A recognised qualification in Massage Therapy or equivalent is essential. Strong knowledge of human anatomy is required to ensure safe and effective treatments. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly. A commitment to providing high-quality care in a professional setting is essential.
