is looking to recruit a

Master Data Administrator

to join our expanding Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Shared Services team in our Swindon facility. Our Shared Services Master Data team currently supports 24 sites globally. The role of Master Data Administrator is to act as a member of the Global Shared Service team ensuring accurate capturing of Vendor and Customer Master data that enable the operational teams to complete their tasks in a timely and compliant manner. The Role Set up of Vendors and Customers into our ERP systems (JDE 9.1, JDE XE, Oracle, QAD, SAP), including Name, Address, TAX IDs, Bank details, and Contact information. Ensure monthly Vendor and Customer master data reviews and maintenance are completed in line with Audit and SOX Policies. Maintain and update the master data request forms and Standard Operating Procedures. Attend to all the requests within the master data mailbox. Work with internal and external audits related to master data management. Work with the conversion team on validating master data to be converted, ensuring no duplicates are created and parent-child linkages are correct. Ensure appropriate backup is kept and stored in a centralized location for easy access during audits. Call Vendors to validate Bank detail changes to minimize fraud activity and log the actions taken. The Candidate Previous Master Data experience is preferable; however, a background in an administration-based role is highly suitable. Experience dealing with complex customer queries. JD Edwards, Oracle, QAD, and SAP ERP system knowledge would be an advantage. Minimum 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths & English. Ability to multi-task and demonstrate diplomatic skills. Good oral and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills. Proficient skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and AP software.
