We are seeking an experienced Master Data Management (MDM) Architect

to drive the strategic evolution of our Oracle Fusion Platform applications. This role will focus on the ongoing development and optimization of our existing

Customer Data Management (CDM)

and

Product Data Hub (PDH)

systems, ensuring their integration aligns with business objectives and technological advancements. The ideal candidate will have

expert-level knowledge

of CDM

or

PDH, coupled with a solid understanding of Oracle's Integration Cloud (OIC). You will be instrumental in shaping the roadmap for these systems, aligning their capabilities with enterprise needs while adhering to best practices for data architecture and integration. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning and Design

Develop and execute the architectural vision and roadmap for CDM and PDH within the Oracle Fusion ecosystem. Ensure alignment with enterprise goals and compliance with data governance standards.

System Optimization and Integration

Lead the evolution of CDM and PDH by identifying enhancements, integrations, and performance improvements. Design and implement integrations using Oracle OIC to streamline data workflows across systems.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and operations, to ensure requirements are met. Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for CDM and PDH systems during internal discussions and vendor engagements.

Data Governance and Best Practices

Establish and enforce data governance frameworks, ensuring data consistency, quality, and security. Promote and implement best practices in MDM architecture and system integration.

Troubleshooting and Support

Lead the resolution of complex technical issues related to CDM and PDH. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development and support teams.

Required Skills: Expert-level knowledge

of Oracle Fusion

Customer Data Management (CDM)

OR

Product Data Hub (PDH)

systems. Proven experience implementing and optimizing Oracle Fusion MDM solutions. Solid expertise in Oracle

Integration Cloud (OIC) , with hands-on experience in designing and deploying integrations. Strong understanding of data architecture principles, MDM best practices, and data governance frameworks. Proficiency in working with enterprise systems and cross-functional teams. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges. Strong communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Seniority Level
