The Sidney Stringer Multi Academy Trust (SSMAT) is a network of five diverse schools educating over 3,500 pupils and employing more than 600 dedicated teaching and support staff.
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our MAT team. This role will support the operational management of the MAT HR function, overseeing delivery of high quality service to all of our schools. This will include employee relations, policy development, recruitment, casework and contract processing.
