Material Controller

to join their supply chain team. Role & Responsibilities: - Ensuring materials are available to meet customer demand, production planning, project requirements, and new product introduction. - Adapting work processes to ever-changing situations. - Managing material and inventory requirement activities across production demand, liaising with suppliers and cross-functional teams. - Liaising with internal departments to develop and implement business changes and stocking strategies. - Supporting suppliers in developing departmental targets. Knowledge, Skills & Experience: - Relevant degree level qualified with substantial experience in materials management and supply chain development. - Experience in materials and inventory management strategies with the ability to develop and continuously improve aiming for best-in-class and operational excellence in materials management. - Working towards or with a desire to work towards a CIPS qualification. Benefits: Monday – Friday, early finish Friday, 13.5% pension scheme, 4x life insurance, 33 days holiday increasing to 38 days, personal training and development plans.
