Permanent & full time 36 hours The Opportunity: As a

Team Leader

with the material distribution department, you will lead and coordinate a team ensuring the safe delivery of quality products meeting customer order deadlines. What You Will Do: Coach Team:

Maintain skills matrix and recommend improvements. Manage Operations:

Oversee training, stock control, audits, First In First Out, rust prevention, and storage optimization. Facilitate Communication:

Conduct daily meetings, support the Production Manager, and address safety, quality, staffing, and production issues. Monitor Metrics:

Audit Health & Safety, People, Quality, Velocity, and cost metrics per internal guidelines. Lead Improvements:

Run Rapid Improvement Workshops, manage Root Cause Corrective Action, action planning, and monitor IAAS requirements (Inventory Auditors). NB:
