SF Recruitment are working with a leading automotive engineering company recruit for a material planner. An exciting organisation who are engaged in long term specialist projects for leading OEM’s , the role oversees end to end planning & scheduling requirements .
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate material schedules within the SAP system.
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels aligned with set targets.
- Follow established departmental procedures.
- Support supplier management activities.
- Facilitate efficient movement of parts between vendors.
- Engage in the ongoing inventory process and review results.
- Contribute to C.I efforts within the department.
- Develop, distribute, and coordinate requirement schedules and production plans in collaboration with production leadership.
Skillset Requirements:
- Proven skillset as a material planner within a manufacturing setting
- SAP skillset desirable
- Automotive experience desirable
- Able to work in a true end to end planning & scheduling role
