As On's Material Traceability Senior Lead, you are responsible for developing, implementing and overseeing the end-to-end traceability processes within the organization to ensure transparency, accountability and regulatory compliance across the supply chain. You will report to the Head of Material Sourcing Footwear. This role will be based at On's Sourcing office in HCMC Vietnam.

Your Mission

- Lead a small team working on material traceability - Collaborate with Product Sustainability Team and Responsible Manufacturing teams, to align operational needs with On's greater sustainability and responsible manufacturing strategy - Design and implement traceability processes and systems to track materials, products and information across the supply chain for different material certification standards such as GRS, GOTS, ISCC+, etc. - Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure all products meet traceability standards and are compliant with industry regulations - Partner with suppliers to collect and verify source data, ensuring it is accurately documented in the traceability system - Oversee data collection, storage, and analysis for traceability purposes, ensuring data accuracy and reliability - Utilize analytical tools to track key traceability metrics and develop insights that drive process improvements - Stay informed of relevant regulatory changes and best practices in traceability, including the industry standards - Lead root cause analysis efforts and corrective actions for any traceability-related incidents - Provide traceability training to internal teams, key stakeholders and external suppliers, building awareness and promoting best practices - Generate regular reports on traceability performance, tracking improvements and identifying areas for optimization - Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance traceability capabilities, leveraging new technologies and methodologies - Prepare and hold presentations to support internal cross functional teams events (Material Summit, Responsible Manufacturing Summit, Town Halls, etc.)

Your Story

- Bachelor's (or above) degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Sustainability or related field - More than 5 years of experience in supply chain management or traceability, preferably within the Sporting Goods industry - Strong understanding of traceability systems, supply chain processes, and industry regulations - Possess People Management skills & experiences - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a detail-oriented approach - Effective communication and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams - Knowledge of sustainability standards and certifications (e.g. GRS, GOTS, ISCC+, etc.) - Passion for sustainability and transparency in supply chain - Proactive, with a strong drive for continuous improvement - Ability to adapt and respond to emerging challenges in traceability and regulatory requirements - High level of verbal and written English to be able to collaborate with diverse stakeholders - Effective communication and excellent presentation skills
