Key Responsibilities: - Operate in accordance with our corporate values: patient-driven, passionate, innovative, collaborative, accountable, having integrity, and achieving excellence. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cGxP and H&S regulations applicable to the role. - Support and carry out activities/processes within the scope of dispensing/sampling/production picking, ensuring timely delivery (OTIF) in compliance with cGMP and H&S requirements. - Participate in audit readiness and maintain a clean and organized work environment. - Complete controlled drug logs and produce annual figures, liaising with other departments as necessary. - Support quality and health and safety documentation, including SOPs, ABLs, QRAs, RAs, etc.
Requirements: - Transferable knowledge of supply chain functions and/or dispensary activities. - High levels of self-motivation and commitment to team success. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written). - Ability to work in a demanding environment, adapting to changing priorities and handling multiple tasks. - Strong IT skills, including proficiency in ERP/eQMS software and MS Office applications.
