Description:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting all processes related to sampling, dispensing, and picking at our Kent Science Park facility. You will ensure compliance with Health & Safety (H&S) and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) requirements while interacting with third-party organizations, such as Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs), as needed. Additionally, you will monitor and report dispensary performance, identifying and mitigating risks to continued stock supply.
Key Responsibilities: - Operate in accordance with our corporate values: patient-driven, passionate, innovative, collaborative, accountable, having integrity, and achieving excellence. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cGxP and H&S regulations applicable to the role. - Support and carry out activities/processes within the scope of dispensing/sampling/production picking, ensuring timely delivery (OTIF) in compliance with cGMP and H&S requirements. - Participate in audit readiness and maintain a clean and organized work environment. - Complete controlled drug logs and produce annual figures, liaising with other departments as necessary. - Support quality and health and safety documentation, including SOPs, ABLs, QRAs, RAs, etc.
Requirements: - Transferable knowledge of supply chain functions and/or dispensary activities. - High levels of self-motivation and commitment to team success. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written). - Ability to work in a demanding environment, adapting to changing priorities and handling multiple tasks. - Strong IT skills, including proficiency in ERP/eQMS software and MS Office applications.
