Underpinning this is the consistent teaching of people skills and guidance to assist children in developing their social, emotional, and personal abilities. The school is looking to take on a SEND Teacher from September on a full-time basis to cover a maternity leave until October Half term. The successful SEND teacher will be working in KS2 and Year 7, teaching across the curriculum, so a broad curriculum understanding is essential. Most of the young people are diagnosed with either Autism/ASD, ADHD, and SEMH.
