A 22-year-old lady living with cerebral palsy is looking to recruit a committed personal assistant to support with daily tasks to cover maternity leave. Location:

Prepare meals and drinks Assist with feeding Assist with clothing adjustments Support to access the local community for shopping and leisure Help with her arts, crafts, and cooking Companionship role Wheelchair user Person Specification:

The rate of pay for this position is £12 per hour. Hours and times of work: Flexible working, up to 28hrs a week. A satisfactory enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, the cost of which will be covered by the employer. Completion of a satisfactory probation period of 3 months. The annual holiday entitlement for this position will be equivalent to the work I would normally expect to be done during 5.6 consecutive weeks. If this job requires manual handling, handling of hazardous chemicals, or food handling, you will be required to undertake annual training. The Post is Subject to the Following:

A satisfactory enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, the cost of which will be covered by the employer. Completion of a satisfactory probationary period of 3 months.
