Do you love teaching and have a passion for supporting students, but hate the constraints of the classroom? Then you should consider 1:1 tutoring! There has been an increase of young people who are unable to attend and access school because of a variety of reasons, such as SEN needs, SEMH, Autism, ADHD, Learning Difficulties and Lower Learning Levels. Here at TP, we work with local authorities across the country to provide high-impact, 1:1 tuition for these young people! You’ll have the opportunity to choose your own schedule; accepting as much or as little work as you like. With a lighter workload and less paperwork, tuition gives you that invaluable time back where you can spend time with your family or take up that hobby you’ve always wanted to try! We are looking for Maths and English 1:1 tutors in Rushden and surrounding areas, to support all ages from Primary level to GCSE. This tutor role involves: Working with primary or secondary children who may have SEN/ SEMH needs or are looked after (LAC). Providing educational sessions face to face with children at their homes or a public space (e.g. library, community centre). Manage and implement a range of behaviour strategies. Benefits of working with Teaching Personnel: We are a national company, so you will have access to an increased volume of tuition work. Once registered, you will have a dedicated consultant who will explain how tuition works. Referrals to support primary, secondary, and post-16 aged students with subject-specific areas.
