A strong desire to pursue a career in teaching and inspire young learners. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students. A proactive, enthusiastic, and adaptable approach to work. Previous experience working with young people (e.g., tutoring, mentoring, volunteering) would be advantageous but not essential. A keen interest in developing your skills and taking the next step in your teaching career.
