Role Overview: As the Maths Phase Lead Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in leading and enhancing the mathematics curriculum across the school. Working closely with fellow educators and school leaders, you will have the opportunity to develop engaging lesson plans, implement effective teaching strategies, and inspire a passion for mathematics among our students. You will also have the responsibility of guiding and mentoring fellow teachers within the Maths Phase, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, delivery, and assessment of the mathematics curriculum for your designated phase. Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching resources and instructional materials. Provide guidance and support to colleagues within the Maths Phase, promoting best practices and sharing expertise. Monitor and evaluate student progress, implementing interventions as necessary to ensure academic success. Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and the wider school community, promoting a shared commitment to educational excellence. Qualifications and Experience: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Proven experience teaching mathematics at the primary level Strong knowledge of the primary mathematics curriculum Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills A commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment Why Join Us?
