Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Proven experience teaching Maths in a primary or secondary school setting. Deep understanding of the national curriculum and assessment requirements. Excellent knowledge of teaching methodologies and pedagogical approaches. Strong organizational and time management skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
