Create and deliver engaging Maths lessons to students in accordance with the curriculum guidelines. Develop schemes of work and lesson plans that promote active learning and critical thinking. Assess student progress and provide timely and constructive feedback. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports the social and emotional development of students. Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement effective teaching strategies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, assessments, and achievements. Communicate with parents and guardians regarding student progress and concerns. Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related field. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification. Proven experience teaching Maths at the primary or secondary level. Sound knowledge of the UK national curriculum and assessment standards. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage students, parents, and colleagues. Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Application
