**Job responsibilities include:**
* Provide excellent maths instruction in line with the schools curriculum standards to make sure kids are ready for tests and upcoming academic obstacles * Use diversified teaching techniques to meet the needs of students with varying learning styles and skill levels in the classroom, ensuring that every student has the chance to succeed * Make arithmetic relevant and interesting for students by using cutting-edge, interactive teaching strategies that incorporate technology and real-world applications * Establish an environment in the classroom that is welcoming and upbeat in order to inspire children to love learning and behave with respect * Continually evaluate students progress and offer helpful criticism to foster their academic development. * Work together with colleagues to examine assessment information and improve instruction
**Qualifications and requirements:**
* Bachelors degree in mathematics, education, or a related field; a Masters degree is a plus. * Hold QTS * Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to process one through Randstad Education) * Hold eligibility to work in the UK * Provide 2 professional references * Experience teaching Maths to students in KS34 * Previous experience teaching mathematics at the secondary level is preferred, not mandatory. * Strong familiarity with maths pedagogy and curriculum * Familiarity with and commitment to the principles of the schools curriculum. * Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities
