to join our pastoral boarding team at the senior school on a part-time job share basis. The ideal candidate for the role of Matron would be an individual who is kind, caring, approachable and energetic with a passion for working with children and young people. The ability to communicate effectively between pupils, parents and staff is essential to creating a happy home from home for our children. Responsibilities: Provide pastoral care to students in a boarding environment. Communicate effectively with pupils, parents, and staff. Engage in safeguarding practices and child protection awareness. Qualifications: Previous experience in a similar role or pastoral/care background is advantageous. An awareness of Child Protection and Safeguarding is desirable; however, training will be provided.
