Mature Tree & Hedge Planting Team Leader Our client creates thriving outdoor spaces through beautiful planting, sustainable gardening, and expert hard & soft landscaping. Job Description They are looking for a full-time, experienced landscaper who specializes in mature tree planting. A passion for horticulture is a must, and you will be required to run a small team safely & efficiently. You will be traveling and working in and around the local county areas of Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Hertfordshire, and beyond on some of the most prestigious estates and gardens in the UK. The successful candidate will be joining an accomplished company that cares for and values their staff, along with a competitive rate of pay with bundles of overtime. You will be assigned your own equipped vehicle and the use of all our top-of-the-range in-house machinery & equipment. They are looking for a physically fit, enthusiastic, and motivated team player who has: Requirements: At least 5 years of practical hands-on experience in soft landscaping & mature tree & hedge planting. Experience or qualifications to operate landscape machinery such as mini excavators, Avant loaders, and telehandlers. Training & tickets can be provided in addition to previous experience. Full UK driving license is a must. HGV class 2 / cat C (training & licence can be provided on negotiation). Job Type:
