MDA Sales & Marketing Executive

is an exciting newly created role reporting to the MDA Key Account Manager (KAM). Along with commercial related tasks, you will be involved in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across key retail partners. You will be responsible for weekly reporting of KPIs across key retail partners utilizing tools and software provided to help improve the visibility of TCL online. You will be comfortable working within a team, but able to work independently. The candidate should be confident in managing budgets efficiently as well as dealing with data and technology. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where the skill of adaptability is key. Key Accountabilities: Elaborate and execute the online operation plan for the UK & Ireland aligned with the KAM and the Country Manager. Manage relationships with external sales and retailer marketing teams, working collaboratively, efficiently and with attention to detail to achieve results. Support sales-out initiatives and optimization at online retail together with the UK & Ireland sales team with a focus on MDA. Make detailed monthly plans and review progress for each marketing topic with KAM. Manage TCL brand in all customers' online visibility. Collaborate internally and externally to improve TCL online visibility. Job Duties: Execute the customer-specific online retailer marketing plans, working in collaboration with colleagues on the messaging and artworks for various activities. Check that all activities are on brand and in line with guidelines. Utilize third-party CPC-based platforms to enhance the visibility of TCL products on retailer websites with attention to ROAS. Ensure that all agreed activities are delivered, captured, and maximized with each activity. Work to increase visibility of TCL products across retailer websites, considering the consumer journey to the TCL product detail page (PDP) and how this could be improved. Deploy the full content package across all retailer sites to ensure consistency across retailers. Work with retailers to create engaging PDPs and shop-in-shop style environments. Implement SEO improvements in collaboration with retailers on their web and marketplace platforms. Proactively suggest improvements for the ecommerce business using market intelligence, data, and tools available. Produce weekly/monthly/quarterly review presentations to demonstrate progress within allocated work/retail accounts. Ensure that all marketing assets are available for commercial use, such as product spec sheets, imagery, and digital assets. Attend joint Commercial/Marketing meetings with key trade partners. Commercial administration work to be agreed with MDA Key Account Manager but duties may include: Query resolution Experience Required: Ideally, previous experience in a trade marketing environment/consumer electronics within a sales-focused business or agency with a desire to work in a commercial environment. Experience in CPC Ad platforms and data analysis would be crucial. Candidate’s knowledge of E-commerce and marketing techniques will be needed. Experience in creative software such as Photoshop would be an advantage. Experience with planning with budgets and execution of activities accurately. Marketing qualifications are an advantage. Specialized Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of the consumer electronics industry is an advantage but not essential. Training and support specific to the industry will be provided.
