We are looking for an experienced M&E Contract Manager to take charge of mechanical and electrical contracts across our London operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional to lead contract management, compliance, and service delivery in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the management and delivery of M&E contracts, ensuring all work meets quality and compliance standards. Lead and support a team of engineers and contractors, ensuring efficient service delivery. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders. Ensure all work complies with health & safety regulations and industry best practices. Manage budgets, contracts, and operational costs effectively. Identify areas for improvement and innovation to enhance service efficiency.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as an M&E Contract Manager or similar role. Strong technical background in mechanical and electrical engineering. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines effectively. Strong understanding of health & safety regulations and industry standards.
