Full responsibility for M&E design team and design function. Technical ownership of design output, management of design process and sub consultant management. Working alongside pre-construction and operations managers. Involved in tender management and bid process. You Will Have:
Strong technical building services background. Ambitious character and good communicator. Strong personality who can build on existing client relationships. Projects:
Wide ranging schemes including MOD, MOJ, commercial developments, blue light services, infrastructure and transportation. Company:
Strong M&E contracting organisation with design, contracting and maintenance division.
