03/02/2025 We're looking for a skilled M&E Engineer with an electrical bias to join our client's team at a prestigious high-end restaurant in Mayfair. This is a temp-to-perm position, with a great opportunity for the right candidate to transition to a permanent role. Key Responsibilities: Reactive Maintenance:
7:00 AM - 12:00 PM PPMs (Planned Preventative Maintenance):
12:00 PM - 5:00 PM Tasks will include maintaining building services, including air conditioning, lighting, and electrical systems. Ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner. Requirements: Electrical qualification (18th Edition preferred, or equivalent electrical qualifications). Alternatively, time-served experience will also be considered. Experience in building services (electrical systems, lighting, AC, plumbing). Must be reliable, polite, and able to communicate effectively with the team and clients. Own tools and PPE would be beneficial. A chatty, approachable attitude is a must!
