M&E Estimator - Greenwich, London - Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Contractor Based in central London, the company is a leading and highly-respected Mechanical and Electrical Building Services contractor. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Estimator / Senior Mechanical Estimator to join their estimating team. Operating across various sectors including commercial fit out, residential, hospitality, data centres, education, and healthcare, the company provides a full range of Mechanical and Electrical services, with typical project values ranging from 500k up to 10m. Key Responsibilities: Tendering mechanical services projects ranging from 500k up to 4m Analyse project specifications, drawings, and related documents to ascertain the scope of work and necessary materials Conduct thorough analysis of project requirements to identify potential cost-saving opportunities Collaborate with project managers and the pre-construction team to gather relevant information for accurate estimates Review and assess bids and quotes from suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing Maintain and update a database of cost estimates and historical project data Assist in the preparation of bids and proposals for new projects Mechanical Estimator - Required Experience and Key Skills: Minimum 5 years experience as a Mechanical Estimator Experience in tendering mechanical building services projects ranging from 500k up to 10m Excellent communication and negotiating skills To find out more about this position as an Estimator in Greenwich, call Mia Burn of CPR Recruitment.
