M&E Maintenance Engineer Derby £38 – £40,000 per annum plus call out and overtime Our client is looking for a Multiskilled Building Services Maintenance Engineer to join their team at a large industrial facility in Derby, completing PPMs and reactive maintenance on building services plant. The role is working Monday – Friday days, 8am – 4.30pm, paying a salary of between £38-40,000, with a clear progression path, overtime, and career stability. Engineers with either an electrical or mechanical discipline are encouraged to apply for this role. Main duties will include (but are not limited to): Planned Pro-Active Maintenance tasks and electrical compliance processes Reactive Repairs Emergency Lighting Systems Power and distribution, Lights, Sockets, Switches, Door Control Systems, BMS, Control Panels etc. General HVAC systems such as AHUs and fan coils plus basic mechanical plant The ideal candidate will have completed a full electrical or mechanical apprenticeship and be qualified with City and Guilds/NVQ in electrical or mechanical engineering. They should be comfortable working in a small on-site team. On offer is a permanent position paying a basic salary of between £38 – £40,000 per annum, working Monday – Friday, 25 days annual leave plus statutory holidays, overtime and call out to boost earnings (1 in 5, £100 standby payment).
