£45,000 – £50,000 + Plenty of Overtime Exciting opportunity to work for an established Building Services Company situated in Cambridge. My client is looking for a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to be based in a commercial building in Cambridge. The successful candidate will be Multi-skilled with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. In return the company are offering a competitive salary of £45,000 – £50,000, overtime and the chance to work at this flagship site for a leading FM Service Provider. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Electrical OR Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with C&G / NVQ level 2 & 3 and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. You will be required to carry out M&E Planned and Reactive Maintenance on a single person site responsible for all the landlord services. Working as the only engineer on site, you will be required have an understanding/hands on experience of the below. In return the company are offering a competitive salary, overtime and career progression. Duties: Carrying out daily PPM and Reactive Maintenance tasks Carrying out daily emergency callout tasks All Electrical work including lighting, wiring, testing, alarm systems, BMS and lighting systems. Will be required to carry duties on toilets, drainage, tiling and sinks. Engineers must be able to demonstrate appropriate knowledge of AHU, FCU, UPS, Generators, LV systems, which will include the ability to fault find. Lamp changes Emergency light testing Requirements: City and Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installations OR City and Guilds Mechanical Qualifications Commercial Building Maintenance Experience Package: Annual Leave Holiday + Bank Holidays Pension Scheme Travel Card Paid First class internal and external training
