Risk Management & Reporting:
Identify and evaluate risks associated with the construction schedule, including resource constraints, procurement delays, and unforeseen events. Provide accurate and timely reports on schedule progress, highlighting deviations and advising on corrective actions. Develop mitigation plans for any potential project delays and ensure project delivery targets are met.
Documentation & Compliance:
Ensure that all scheduling and planning documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with company and industry standards. Manage project data in accordance with internal procedures, ensuring alignment with contractual requirements. Ensure the program reflects any contractual changes, including time extensions and agreed variations.
